To Whom it May Concern:<p style=\\\\\\\'margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 0px;\\\\\\\'/>Thank you so much for the fantastic product that you have made. I bought a Vapamore steamer two years ago when my campus apartment was infested with bedbugs. I used the steamer to sterilize every single item that we took from our old apartment to our new townhouse. Two years later we are still bed-bug free because no bugs or eggs came with us during the move. Your product has given us our lives back. Additionally, it works wonders for any stains or pet \"spills\" that we have. With cats and a dog I constantly find uses for my Vapamore cleaner. I never have to worry about chemicals harming my pets, so when all else fails, steam it! <p style=\\\\\\\'margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 0px;\\\\\\\'/>Also, I am extremely impressed with the build quality of the cleaner. After two years of heavy use I haven\'t noticed any degradation of quality or had any issues at all. It still feels like brand-new.<p style=\\\\\\\'margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 0px;\\\\\\\'/>Once again, thank you for producing such a valuable and quality product at an affordable price. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about getting a steamer.<p style=\\\\\\\'margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 0px;\\\\\\\'/>Jonathan

Rick's Comment

All,
I wanted to share my personal review of the Vapamore MR100. I think you\'ll find my review to be one that you will hear over again by dealers and others that have had Vapormore experience. Here is my take on the Vapormore.

For starters, the Vapormore is well packaged and comes with a wonderfully printed box. The instruction manual is well written in readable English without bad translation. I and The Vac Stop have been retailing vapor/steam cleaners for over 15 years. Most all the units I have experience with are in the 600.00-1500.00 retail price range. My excitement in this unit is not only what I have mentioned so far, but also what it does and how it performs at a 299.00 retail price mark.

Upon filling it, I read the manual. The manual says the green ready to clean light takes approximately 11 minutes to come on. Mine heated up in more like 6 minutes using cold water. I tried and timed the heating time again this morning and it was 6.5 minutes. I also filled a second unit and it as well took less than 7 minutes for the light to turn green. This is a very fast heat up time for a vapor cleaner with cold water. A time I personally have never seen in higher dollar units.

On the Vapormore MR100 Box, it says the unit produces steam at 210-220 degrees. In the book it states the max boiler temp is 250 degrees. The reason I wanted to point this out is this. If you get a dealer pointing out that some units get hotter, its important to know some manufactures play on the boiler temp and some on the at the tip temp. Regardless, the Vapormore is plenty hot to do anything that higher priced units do.

With the green light on I went for the extreme case of \"dirty\". I put a filthy, you wouldn\'t want to touch traded in restaurant vacuum on a work bench. With the detail adaptor attached, the Vapormore melted the nasty grease off the base in seconds. My second challenge was a spot on my garage carpet. With the jet nozzle attached to the detail adaptor this spot was no match for 220 degrees. GONE! The hot steam immediately dissolved the oily spot. With the vapor setting set on medium, my next challenge was my bamboo wood floors. With the micro fiber towel attached to the floor cleaning head, the damp steam cleaned the floor well leaving it feeling squeeky clean. My last test for the night was on stubborn soap scum in my shower. With the large nylon brush attached, it quickly removed the scum down to the smoothness of the ceramic tile.

When shown and told all the benefits of cleaning with vapor, a home owner can literally clean their home from top to bottom without an ounce of chemical. The Vac Stop has to record 5 cleaning services that clean a complete home with only a vapor cleaner and vacuum cleaner.

In conclusion, I can say that this unit performs as good as any high dollar vapor unit that cost up to 5 times the price. The added tool on board storage and cordwinder makes the Vapormore even more unique. As for our dealers, they must know that having the unit set up and ready to demo is the fastest way of selling vapor. Talking about a vapor cleaner without demoing it is about as exciting as listening to a burial plot pitch. If these units along with any vapor units are going to be sold in any volume, the dealer must being willing to demo it! Consumers buy on seen benefits much faster than on words. I think we have a winner in the Vapormore Canister. Together, our biggest challenge will be to get the dealers to demo this unit to their customers. A vapor cleaner is a natural add on to most any vacuum sale.

I had purchased a Vapamore Primo Steam cleaner; it is the most powerful and awesome machine!!
When I received my machine I went right to town dealing with these bed bugs. Unfortunately I was so busy (and distraught of having bed bugs) that I forgot to do the warranty.
Is there any way you can still honor the warranty? It would mean so much to me. I would like to protect this incredible machine. Thank You

I love this MR-100 Vapamore. I didn\\\'t think a $300 product could possible do the job compared to a high end steamer of $1000 or more, but I was wrong, the Vapamore did a fantastic job on my grout. I use the machine for nearly all my cleaning. I love it so much, I purchased the hand held steam-vac for my five babies (pets)

Marguerite - Attorney, NY's Comment

Hello...

First of all, i ADORE my Vapamore! I\\\'m very happy that i decided to get it.

But i found two more uses for it that are not mentioned anywhere in your advertising and videos..and in my opinion these uses should be highlighted.

1. When a friend offered to put down a new linoleum floor in my kitchen, we found it difficult to get the tiles up. I had the bright idea to take out my Vapamore while the poor guy was chipping away at those hard and brittled (and verrrrry well cemented) tiles. When he went out for a few minutes to see if he had a torch thingy in his truck to heat up the tiles, I used the machine with the window/mirror/shower glass attachment to heat up the linoleum tiles. I took his flat wide knife and the knife slid so easily under the tile i had heated up first. I wiggled it a bit and a third of the whole tile came up .....like butta!! I couldn\\\'t believe it. I got so excited that i heated up another tile..i went around the four edges of that tile and it came up easily as well. By the time my friend came back with some kind of blow torch (that i really did not want him to use), i had taken up 6 tiles!!! I showed him how to do it and he loved it. We had that floor up in no time. Without the Vapamore, it would have taken at least 6 HOURS to do what we did in about 2!! And we had so much fun doing it. When we really got smart and recognized that i could be heating up the tile ahead of him, then we settled into a great routine.

2. In our little remodeling and sprucing up project, i wanted to take up the old silicon around the bath tub, sink and around the ceramic floor in a bathroom. I took my Vapamore into the bathroom (ohhh...and thank you for designing the long electrical cord) and i took the detailer to heat up the silicon. When it got hot enough, i could pull it up much more easily than when i did not heat it. In fact, i couldn\\\'t get it up at all without heating it up with the Vapamore....

Thank you again for this marvelous machine!

I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of your product.
Even though I work an evening shift and get off at midnight, I was like a kid at Christmas! I had to take it out of the box and play! Wisely, the first project I tried was the kitchen floor. I just filled the machine with distilled water (the water here in New Mexico (USA!!) is VERY hard) and turned it on to heat. It took a little getting used to the \"ready\" light. You see both the yellow and green light at the same time. I found if I paused too long between cleaning jobs that it would put out some water when I restarted it. I solved that by using a small bucket and turning on what ever cleaning head I was using in the bucket until the cooled water drained and the steaming started. works like a charm and no mess. I love the way it cleans everything I have tried so far. I think the stove top and oven will be the challenge. I will be trying it soon on that. If that goes well then I will be extremely pleased. Thank you for a great product.

I learned to use it and discover its strengths, I am satisfied for its overall capabilities. There is always room for improvement. I hope to see new attachments down the road that will make cleaning easier and more effective.

I wish I had this device years ago when sponge mops were the only effective cleaning tool required in my line of work. Now sponge mops are dinosaurs.
