Return Policy:
No returns after 15 days of proof of delivery date. All returns have a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without an issued RA number. Call 480-951-8900 to obtain an RA number. See owners manual for warranty and repair information.

Customers are responsible for shipping expenses. Vapamore will not refund any outbound or inbound shipping expenses.

Instructions when shipping for repair:

Use the original packaging included with your Vapamore product. If you no longer have the original packaging you may ship using boxing material that accommodates the size of the product along with protection such as bubble wrap or paper.

Drain the water tank and tighten caps prior to shipment. A prepaid UPS or Fed Ex return label will also need to be included, unless other arrangements have been made with a Vapamore representative. Please call Vapamore if you need further assistance at 480-951-8900.
