No returns after 15 days of proof of delivery date. All returns have a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without an issued RA number. Call 480-951-8900 to obtain an RA number. See owners manual for warranty and repair information.

Floor Cleaning Head Assembly:

The floor cleaning head and adapter need to be assemble following this procedure.  With the floor cleaning head bristles facing down, insert the adapter also facing down (upside down). Once adapter is fully inserted into the floor head, twist the adapter to the upright normal position.  The adapter is now locked in place and will swivel side to side. It can only be removed by rotating down (upside down).

Purging Excess Water:

When the Vapamore first heats up or sits for a few minutes during use water will form in the lines.  Before using  purge this excess water into a towel or container.  Once purged of excess water you will have only steam with very little water.  Water can build up and drip from the accessory tip being used, This is normal condensation.

 

Please follow these instructions when shipping for repair.

Place the machine inside the original box or use a box that will have room for padding to protect the machine during shipping.  Make sure to use paper or bubble wrap to protect the machine from damage. Please do not use peanuts.

 
When packing the machine into the box please strip the machine of all its accessories. We need only the machine itself (yellow machine with black cord only) unless other arrangements have been made from a Vapamore representative.

Make sure to screw the water tank cap on tightly so water does not leak out and dampen shipping box.

Inside the box, place copy of receipt from place of purchase along with all your information including, name, address, phone number and email address. Prepaid UPS or Fed Ex return label needs to be included in box unless other arrangements are made with a Vapamore representative.

Once received at Vapamore all machines will be inspected by one of Vapamore’s technicians. The problem will be assessed and repaired immediately and the machine will be tested.

Once the machine is repaired it will be shipped out the same day Via Fed Ex or UPS
