Clean HVAC Coils with a Vapamore Steam Cleaner

We all want to breathe cleaner, more fresh and safe air, especially in our homes.  Many of us wonder what exactly is lingering in our HVAC system and, if we have never had it professionally cleaned, is it truly producing the kind of quality air we want ourselves and our family to be breathing?  Your HVAC system has a lot of parts to it and they can be (and should be, routinely) cleaned in a variety of ways. Your HVAC system has coils on it that should be cleaned routinely so that they can efficiently produce quality air for your home.  When they are dirty your HVAC system may not run as efficiently which means it will shorten the overall life of the system and may run longer or more often which can lead ot increased utility bills.  There are many companies that will clean your HVAC system for you but when you invest in Vapamore steam cleaner for your home, you can also clean your HVAC coils safely and effectively.

Before you begin cleaning your HVAC coils it is imperative that you turn off your HVAC unit first.  Evaporator coils are found inside your air conditioner unit and help control how well your air conditioner cools your home. Black Diamond Plumbing explains what problems arise when your evaporator coils are dirty, “When evaporator coils get dirty, their performance in these two functions is significantly reduced. Air blowing across the coils can contain dust, pollen, and other particulates. Since the coils are usually damp from the dehumidification process, it is very easy for contaminants to stick to them. Dirty air filters in the system (or the lack of filters entirely) can increase the amount of material that makes contact with the evaporator coil. In just a short amount of time, enough material can accumulate on the coils to affect their performance.”  Steam is a great way to clean HVAC coils because it will not leave behind any chemical residue and will not only clean HVAC coils but leave them completely disinfected.  Further, steam is effective at removing not just dirt but grime and buildup that is otherwise difficult to remove, particularly on HVAC coils.  Vapamore’s steam cleaners will effortlessly life and remove dirt, debris and grime from HVAC coils, all while disinfecting as well.  When steam cleaning your HVAC coils it is important to be careful, take your time and ensure you are following proper instructions so that you do not damage your HVAC system but fortunately it is a fairly straightforward procedure.  The same Vapamore steam cleaner you use around your home can be used to clean your HVAC coils and leave them like brand new for a more efficient HVAC system.
